1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our massage therapy services and website. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

The Relaxation Room provides professional massage therapy services including:

  • Hot Stone Massage

  • Aromatherapy Massage

  • Swedish Massage

  • Therapeutic Massage

  • Relaxation Massage

All services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not intended as medical treatment.massage-me

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Requirements

  • All clients must be 18 years or older

  • Written consent is required for all treatments

  • Health questionnaire must be completed before first appointment

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit

  • Appointment times are reserved for 15 minutes beyond scheduled time

3.3 Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time

  • Treatment time cannot be extended beyond the allocated slot

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Notice

  • 48 hours minimum notice required for cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations will be charged the full treatment fee

  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4.2 Refund Procedure

  • Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice are eligible for full refund

  • Processing fee of £5 applies to all refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days wellness massage

  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee

4.3 Therapist Cancellation

  • If I need to cancel, you will receive 24 hours notice where possible

  • Full refund or rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Health Disclosure

  • You must disclose all relevant health conditions and medications

  • Pregnancy, injuries, or medical conditions must be disclosed before treatment

  • The right is reserved to refuse treatment if health conditions present risk

5.2 Hygiene and Cleanliness

  • Treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized between appointmentsmusclemaintenancemassage

  • Fresh linens are used for every client

  • Hand sanitization is required before treatment

5.3 Session Termination

  • Either party may end the session at any time for any reason muscle maintenance massage

  • Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination without refund

  • Full payment is still required if session is terminated due to client behavior

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 During Treatment

  • Communicate comfort levels and pressure preferences

  • Inform therapist immediately of any discomfort or pain

  • Maintain appropriate conduct and respect boundaries

  • Mobile phones must be switched off during treatment

6.2 Personal Belongings

  • Secure storage is provided but no liability accepted for lost items

  • Valuable items should not be brought to appointments

  • Remove jewelry before treatment begins

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Methods

  • Cash, card, and bank transfer accepted

  • Payment is required at time of booking or before treatment

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

7.2 Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Must be presented at time of appointment

8. Professional Standards

8.1 Professional Conduct

  • All treatments maintain strict professional boundaries

  • Draping will be used appropriately throughout treatment

  • Confidentiality is maintained regarding all client information

8.2 Scope of Practice

  • Services are for relaxation and wellness only

  • No medical diagnosis or treatment is provided

  • Clients should consult healthcare providers for medical conditions

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Treatment is provided at your own risk

  • No liability accepted for pre-existing conditions

  • Professional indemnity insurance is maintained

9.2 Force Majeure

  • No liability for inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

  • Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Health information is kept confidential and secure

  • Marketing communications only with explicit consent

11. Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of treatment

  • All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours

  • Resolution will be sought within 14 days where possible

12. General Terms

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede any previous agreements or representations.

12.2 Modifications

Terms may be updated periodically with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

12.4 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
